What you can expect from RevenueLens
The practical details about ordering, delivery, cancellation, refunds and using your report.

Who provides RevenueLens?
RevenueLens is a Rapid Works Studio product provided by Krysalis Marketing Ltd (company number 12144081), United Kingdom. Our formal address is 2nd Floor, 361 Barking Road, London E13 8EE. For support or to cancel, email support@rapidworks.studio.
What are you buying?
RevenueLens provides a personalised commercial review of publicly available website content and the business information you give us. The service, one-time price, included deliverables and target delivery time are shown before you continue to payment. The report contains informed recommendations; it cannot guarantee revenue, search rankings, conversion or any other business result.
When is an order accepted?
Before asking you to pay, we check that your website and the required competitor sites contain enough accessible public information for the service you selected. If they do not, we explain what needs correcting and no charge is made. A paid order is accepted after secure Stripe Checkout succeeds and RevenueLens sends your confirmation.
Starting work during the cancellation period
For a paid personalised report, you must expressly ask us to begin during any applicable 14-day cancellation period. If you cancel after work has begun, the law may allow us to charge a proportionate amount for work already supplied. If the service has been fully performed after your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right may end. Nothing here removes consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
How to cancel
Email support@rapidworks.studio and clearly tell us that you wish to cancel. Where a statutory cancellation right applies, you do not need to give a reason. We will acknowledge your request and explain any work already supplied, refund or proportionate amount.
Model cancellation form
Use this wording only if you wish to cancel: “To Krysalis Marketing Ltd, 2nd Floor, 361 Barking Road, London E13 8EE, support@rapidworks.studio: I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the following RevenueLens service: [service]. Ordered on: [date]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Signature: [only if sent on paper]. Date: [date].”
Delivery
We aim to deliver within 24 hours after successful payment and receipt of a complete, usable submission. If we later need corrected information or encounter a problem that prevents the review, that timing pauses while we contact you and try to resolve it. Once payment is confirmed, we review the findings for accuracy and usefulness before sending your report.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorised to request the review and that the business information you provide is accurate. Please do not submit credentials, confidential information, special-category personal data, unnecessary personal information or unlawful content.
Refunds, credits and corrections
If we cannot deliver the service you bought after reasonable attempts to resolve the problem, we will provide an appropriate refund or an account credit agreed with you. This does not limit any remedy available for a materially defective service or any other right that cannot legally be excluded. Please request reasonable factual corrections within seven days of delivery; that support period does not shorten your statutory rights.
Using your report
You may use your report and its implementation drafts within your business. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving claims, legal wording, accessibility, brand use and any changes you publish. Third-party website content and trade marks remain the property of their owners.
Important limits
RevenueLens is not legal, financial, tax, accessibility, cybersecurity or specialist technical advice. Public website content may be incomplete or change over time, and recommendations should be validated in your own business. Any limit or exclusion of liability applies only where the law permits it.
Law and disputes
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without taking away any mandatory protection a consumer has where they live. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
