How RevenueLens uses and protects your information
A plain-English explanation of the information we use to prepare your report, deliver the service and support you.
Version: 2026-10-26.1
Who is responsible for your information?
RevenueLens is a Rapid Works Studio product operated by Krysalis Marketing Ltd. Company number: 12144081. Country: United Kingdom. Formal address: 2nd Floor, 361 Barking Road, London E13 8EE. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email support@rapidworks.studio.
What information do we use?
We use the name, work email, business information, website addresses, consent choices and support details you provide. We also keep the information needed to record payment and delivery, prepare your report, check its quality and protect the service. If you submit through one of our measured campaign links, we may save a short campaign label with your request. We collect website information only from publicly accessible pages at the addresses you submit. Stripe handles your card details; RevenueLens does not store them.
Why do we use it?
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and deliver the service, provide support, keep necessary business records, protect RevenueLens and meet legal obligations. We use approved AI providers for analysis only after you actively consent. We check your report before sending it and agree any Done-for-You work with you before it begins.
Which providers help us deliver RevenueLens?
Railway and Cloudflare support hosting, data storage, networking and security. Stripe handles payment processing. Zoho supports administrator sign-in and service emails. OpenAI helps analyse the limited business context and public website content needed for the report, with response storage disabled. Some providers may process information outside your country. If you have questions about where your information is processed or the safeguards that apply, contact us at support@rapidworks.studio.
How do we limit what is shared with AI?
We send only the business context and public website information needed to prepare the report. Card details are never sent. For Done-for-You scoping, the model request excludes your direct name, email address and website URL. Paid reports are checked before they reach you.
Analytics and cookies
Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand aggregate visits, page views, popular pages, referral sources, countries, devices, browsers and website performance. Cloudflare says this service does not collect or use personal data for these measurements. We also use aggregate Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools data to understand how RevenueLens appears in search results. We use predefined campaign labels only after someone submits a request, so we can connect a campaign with a service outcome without creating an individual browsing profile.
The public website does not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, session replay or individual visitor profiles. These audience tools do not set RevenueLens advertising or analytics cookies. Essential sign-in cookies are used only for the restricted administrator area.
How long do we keep information?
We keep intake, website, report and communication records for delivery, corrections, support, dispute handling and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them under our retention schedule. Payment and accounting records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain use, or withdraw consent for future consent-based processing. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing already completed lawfully. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. We may need to confirm your identity and keep information the law requires us to retain.
What is required?
We need your contact details, business context, confirmation that you are authorised to request the review, acceptance of the legal terms and consent for AI-assisted analysis. Without them, we cannot prepare the report. Competitor exclusions and other optional notes may be left blank.
